About Tracey

Tracey joined the firm in October 2014 as a Paralegal who now specialises primarily in all aspect of residential conveyancing. Following a long career in Registers of Scotland where she gained extensive experience in dealing with legal casework relating to all aspects of Land Registration, she retrained as a Conveyancing Paralegal with Strathclyde University/CLT.

During her time at Registers of Scotland, Tracey also had experience working as a Customer Services Advisor in the Customer Services Centre in Glasgow, as a Supervisor in the Chancery and Judicial Registers, and as a Sasines caseworker and Search Sheet Reviser.

Tracey enjoys spending numerous long weekends in the country with her large brood of children, husband and rescued greyhound. When she has the time, she also enjoys playing the piano and guitar; reading extensively; cooking (apparently) exotic meals and going to the Theatre.

Client testimonials

"I wanted to make you aware of the first class and professional service I received during the purchase of my new house, and sale of my flats. Elaine MacDonald, and her assistant, Tracey Matheson were fantastic to work with. I was kept up to date at all times..."
